June Ellen (JE) loved exploring the woods of Maine as a child with her grandfather. Fiercely independent, she has never stopped exploring. A nationally ranked athlete (synchronized swimming) at Wheaton College in Massachusetts, a professional artist, an accomplished herbalist, health coach, naturalist and teacher, JE has led a life exploring. She has explored with indigenous cultures in Equador, studied with Central American herbalists and shamans, and spent years studying native american (apache) culture and woodcraft skills. Through her experience, she has developed a deep understanding of the energy flows of the natural world. She is fluent in the energetic language of the forest and is passionate about introducing others to the unseen world of energy flow and the benefits of connecting with the natural world.
A walk in the forest with JE is a consciousness raising experience. You will see with new eyes, you will meet new beings, you will be introduced to a world where plants heal, forests nurture the human spirit, and her stories of indigenous cultures can transform your relationship with nature.
